Hinesburg Development Review Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 at 7:30 pm at
the Town Hall (Main Hall) to review the following application(s):
1.)
Review Minutes from Jan 3rd meeting.
2.)
Hinesburg Center, LLC (Tax Map #08-01-06.322): Lot #43 & Lots 47/48
off Farmall Drive and Kailey’s Way.
Subdivision Revision, Conditional Use & Site Plan Review.
3.)
Pearce,
Seidenberg, Ellis (Tax Map #11-01-21.000): Discuss revisions to proposed
subdivision pursuant to sketch plan approval granted on November 1, 2011 – 1)
changing from a 3-lot to a 2-lot subdivision; 2) development deferral for new
lot with a waiver request of septic design submission requirements. 2678

A
memo from the DRB traffic consultant, Rick Bryant, dated 1/19/12 was included
in the DRB packets for this meeting. Since the next scheduled Hannaford hearing
is not until February 21, there will be no discussion of this memo at this,
February 7th meeting. This memo is available on the Town website or
from our office.

A Note About
Participation: Under
Chapter 117 Title 24 of the Vermont State Statutes, participation in these
proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to make any subsequent appeal. In other words, you will lose the right to
appeal the final decision unless you participate in the process. Participation consists of offering, through
oral or written testimony, evidence or a statement of concern related to the
application being reviewed. Oral
testimony must be given at the public hearing.
Written testimony must be submitted prior to the close of a public
hearing (preferably in advance of the meeting).
