HINESBURG DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD

PUBLIC HEARING

August 19, 2008

The Hinesburg Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall to conduct the following business:

1. Robert & Mary Reid for final plat approval for a 2-lot subdivision on the east side of the North Road. These lots will share a driveway with the Tucker property to the north. Lot #1 is proposed to be 5.82 acres in size and lot #2 will be 4.35 acres.

2. A continuation of the appeal by Gary & Fiona Fenwick of a decision of the Zoning Administrator in regard requiring a conditional use permit for motocross bike riding on Hayden Hill Road West.

3. Stephen & Joanne Hoke and Robert & Elizabeth Quackenbush for preliminary plat approval of a 6-lot subdivision on the corner of the Baldwin and Burritt Roads.

4. Action Items

a) Accept the minutes of August 5, 2008

Under Chapter 117 Title 24 of the Vermont State Statutes, participation in these proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to make any subsequent appeal. In other words, you will lose the right to appeal the final decision unless you participate in the process. Participation consists of offering, through oral or written testimony, evidence or a statement of concern related to the application being reviewed. Oral testimony must be given at the public hearing. Written testimony must be submitted prior to the close of a public hearing (preferably in advance of the meeting).
